This course provides a solid understanding and proficiency of best practices in project
management that can be used in all industries. Participants learn skills needed to
communicate, organize, monitor, and successfully complete projects small and large. Participants are encouraged to bring their own project ideas to discuss during the course providing for hands-on learning in a fun, interactive environment. This course serves as a foundation to the PMP® Exam Preparation course and as a real-world view of project
management best practices after certification. This course can be customized based on
client needs and can be paired with many of our other courses.
